What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and display name. When you order, we store the details you give us about your pet (name, species, occasion, story) and any photos you upload. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Your pet's details and photos are used only to write and produce your song and to deliver it to you. Your email is used for order delivery, receipts and account sign-in. We do not sell your data or use your pet's story or photos for advertising.

Your songs and photos

Uploaded pet photos and finished recordings are stored privately and are accessible only to you (and our administrators when needed to operate the service). Songs you purchase remain in your account library until you delete them or close your account.

AI processing

Lyrics and music are generated by AI models. Your pet's story is sent to these providers solely to create your song. Finished tracks carry an invisible SynthID watermark added automatically by Google to identify AI-generated audio.

Cookies and analytics

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to operate the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can download your songs, update your profile, or delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting your account removes your profile, orders, photos and recordings. If you need help with a data request, contact us via the Contact page.

Data retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active. We use encryption in transit and access controls on our database and file storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email. The current version always applies to new orders.
