The service

PetSongify creates custom songs about your pet using AI, based on the information and photos you provide. Each order includes one song delivered in two vocal versions (male and female) for $25. Songs are typically ready in about 10 minutes and are delivered to your account library and by email.

Your account

You need an account to order. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page, which removes your orders, photos and recordings.

Your content

You confirm that the pet details, stories and photos you submit are yours to share and do not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us permission to use them solely to create and deliver your song. Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, or targeted at a real person without their consent.

License to your song

You receive a private, personal-use license to your finished song. You may play it, share it with friends and family, and post it on personal social media. You may not sell it, use it in advertising, or claim you composed it. We retain the underlying rights to the recording. Tracks carry an invisible SynthID watermark identifying them as AI-generated audio.

Payments

Prices are shown at checkout and charged in full when you order. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never store your card details. On or before December 31 annually, PetSongify will donate $0.10 from each song purchase, summed for that fiscal year, to an SPCA of our choice in the USA. We will choose the specific SPCA based on the most orders from a specific State and zip code for that year.

Refunds and fixes

Love it or we'll re-do it free: if your song isn't right, tell us what to change and we'll regenerate it at no cost. Custom songs are otherwise non-refundable once delivered, and we always fix our own mistakes (a misspelled name or wrong pronunciation) free of charge.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new orders; material changes will be communicated to account holders by email.
